Use of the app

Nummio provides AI-assisted coin scanning, identification, estimated value, rarity, and collectible insights. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law.

AI analysis disclaimer

Coin analysis is provided for informational purposes only. Estimated values are not professional appraisal, investment advice, or financial advice. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Users should verify valuable coins with a qualified numismatist or appraiser.

Subscriptions

Nummio may offer Monthly and Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions for premium access.

• Eligible users may receive a 3-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription automatically renews at the applicable subscription price.
• During the free trial, users receive full premium access, including unlimited scans.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Subscriptions can be managed and canceled through Apple account subscription settings.
• Users can restore purchases through the app using the Restore Purchases feature.
• Refunds are handled by Apple.

Subscription details

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

User responsibilities

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or personal content.
• Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

Termination

Nummio may suspend or terminate access to the service if users abuse the platform, violate these terms, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Service availability

Nummio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, AI analysis, or subscription features.

Features and functionality may change over time.

Intellectual property

The app, branding, design, and related materials are owned by Nummio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nummio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app, including inaccurate coin analysis or valuation estimates.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Nummio is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
